Mid Market Telesales Representatives


The Position:

As part of the regional Mid Market organization (French market), a modern sales force who addresses its customers via a hybrid model telesales and face to face team. The Telesales Representative will be based in a regional Telecenter mantaining the already existing good relationships between Customers and the Company as well as acquisitioning regulary new customers via the phone.



-          Using scripts, product knowledge, and communications skills to generate sales

-          Responsible for their customers, e.g. work to engage the customer, know the customer, ask questions that keep the conversation going and make sales results

-          Work with customer database to reach out to new Mid Market customers. Introduce enterprise products, generate opportunity and sell. Create relationship and loyalty between Customer and the Company.

-          Customer profiling. Continuously search for new ways of identifying new potential customers, develop customer database & profiling

-          Use Company’s CRM as the planning and activity tool for the various tasks: call allocation, customer analysis, funnel management, progress status, channel close loop, etc.

-          Maintain as well as further develop existing relationship with his customers.

-          Work closely with channel sales team as well as business partners

-          Quotas are often set which requires making a specified number of calls or reaching a minimum dollar or sales number
